"Cancellation" is defined as not attending your scheduled Serafini Mind Spa - 'Blissing out in Bali' 5-night program, including postponing or rescheduling.
"You" refers to the guest booking a Serafini Mind Spa - 'Blissing out in Bail' program.
"We" refers to Serafini Mind Spa - 'Blissing out in Bail' program.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their program, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance through your travel agent, or visit the following website to compare insurers: www.worldnomads.com.
Guest Cancellation Policy
Serafini Mind Spa does not offer cash/check or credit card refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat within two years of your original program date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

If you cancel more than 90 days before your program start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Serafini Mind Spa 'Blissing out in Bali' program.

If you cancel 60 - 89 days before your program start date, 70% of your payment may be applied to another Serafini Spa 'Blissing out in Bali'. You will forfeit 30% of the price of your retreat.

If you cancel 15 - 59 days before your program start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Serafini Spa 'Blissing out in Bali' . You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.

If you cancel 14 days or less before your 'Blissing out in Bali' program at Serafini Mind Spa start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to retreat start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so, may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.
Guest Cancellation Policy
If Serafini Mind Spa must cancel or change a scheduled 'Blissing out in Bali' program for any reason, you may transfer your full program payment to another program, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement. Serafini Mind Spa is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
